The use of Bamboo fabric:
Bamboo fiber fabric has diverse uses. It's commonly used in making underwear and sportswear due to its antibacterial and moisture-wicking properties, keeping the body dry and fresh. It's also ideal for pajamas and loungewear as it offers softness and comfort. For baby clothes, its gentle texture is perfect for delicate skin. Additionally, it can be used in making bed sheets and towels, providing a cool and absorbent experience. Some outdoor clothing also incorporates it for its UV resistance.
Bamboo Fabric Production Process:
The production process of bamboo fiber fabric mainly includes two methods. The chemical method starts with crushing bamboo into small pieces. Then, through chemical treatments like cooking with strong alkalis, the bamboo is broken down to extract cellulose. After that, the cellulose goes through processes such as dissolution and spinning to form bamboo fiber, which is then woven into fabric. The mechanical method involves physically crushing bamboo into a pulp. Next, it undergoes a series of mechanical treatments, including grinding and refining, to separate and loosen the fibers. Finally, these fibers are spun and woven into the bamboo fiber fabric. This method is more environmentally friendly as it uses fewer chemicals.
